Respected Sir/Madam,

Kindly take the reference of the case of Mrs. XXXXXXXX. She booked a residential unit # XXX at our project XXXXXXXXXXXX. Even after multiple reminders via phone calls and letters, the customer defaulted the payments. Moreover, the customer filed a case (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) with Hon’ble UP-RERA. Now, Hon’ble UP-RERA has issued an order in the case which states to cancel the aforementioned unit and return the money to the customer as per the agreement signed and as also mentioned in the Hon’ble UP-RERA order. 

We acknowledge and accept the order. In this context, we are enclosing a cheque for the amount of Rs. XXXXXX/- to you. The customer can approach you anytime and can collect the same. We have no objection to that. The customer is hesitant to accept the Hon’ble UP-RERA order and states to approach higher authorities in this regard.
