Subject: Permission letter to Set up Telecom BTS at All buildings under XXXXX Infrastructure for Establishing PBX / Internet Connectivity.
Dear Mr XXXXX Agarwal,
With reference to the above-captioned subject line, we, XXXXXX Infrastructure Development Company Limited hereby authorize XXXXX Networks XXXX Pvt Ltd to set up their internet/telecom BTS / PoP on the specified area of the buildings managed by XXXXX Infrastructure Development Company Limited, XXXX.
XXXXX Networks XXXX Pvt Ltd shall provide quality PBX / telecom/internet services as described below :
1: High-speed Internet connection over fibre optics cable (FTTH or FTTB or FTTN) for Society residents.
2: Internet plans starting Rs. 499 to 4999 of speed ranging from 10mbps to 100mbps unlimited plans.
3: Free Intercom services for all Guard Rooms.
OWNERSHIP of NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE: We understand that the entire network infrastructure will be maintained in the (specified) premises by the XXXXX Networks XXXX Pvt Ltd for rendering the internet/telecom services is their property and XXXXXXX Infrastructure shall not raise any claim regarding those types of equipment. In case of termination of this agreement, all belongings of the XXXXX Networks XXXX Pvt Ltd shall be returned to them without any hassle.
XXXXX Networks XXXX Pvt Ltd will be liable to pay for the services and resources they may use such as electricity or anything else.
This Letter is valid for five years starting from the 21st day of Nov XXXX provided everything remains amicable between the parties. If the services are found unsatisfactory or anything unethical happens from the service provider side, the services will be terminated immediately and additional penalties will be there.
