Real Estate Letter to a bank to decrease ROI

Dated: 02/02/2019

To,

The Chief Manager
Union XXXX of India
XXXX Branch, XXXX.

Subject: Regarding the loan ROI

Dear Sir,
It is about our loan for our XXXX project “XXXXXX Square”. United XXXX of India sanctioned our loan under the ‘Suvidha Scheme’ at the rate of 8.3% ROI per annum. Due to some technical issues, the loan scheme has been changed from Suvidha Scheme to MSME Scheme. The ROI in the MSME scheme is 10.8% per annum.

Considering our long-standing & strong relationship with the bank we humbly request you to adjust the ROI to the nearest possible to our old ROI of 8.3%.

Looking forward to your precious cooperation in this matter.
