I have booked mentioned packers and movers to shift from Bangalore to Kolkata. I have faced multiple problems with this packers and movers. Please help me to resolve the issue and get my missing box.
1 – Item Missing: One box I have not yet received which is a guiter (Intern INT-38C Acoustic Guiter (Sunburst)mrp-6495.00). It’s already 3 weeks but packers and movers not yet delivered the guiter.
2 – Denied for Insurance amount: Many items are damaged like bed, showcase, trolly bag wheel, thakur Mandir etc. Packers and movers denied to pay insurance amount where I have paid money for insurance.
3 – Extra Labour Charged: I have paid extra 1000rs for unloading the goods. It was door to door service and floor was mentioned at the time of deal but Packers and movers owner denied the same and disconnected the phone. I had to pay 1000rs extra as labours told they will not unload if I not pay the amount.
4- Forced to pay complete amount before delivery- As per the deal I have paid 80% of the amount at loading point (Bangalore) and then they forced me to pay balance amount in middle of the road stateing otherwise they will not delivere the goods.where deal was to pay the balance 20% amount at unloading point (Kolkata).
