I had purchased white marble for my flat. I was attended by Mr.Ankur & Mr.Mahendraji & was told that entire lot is as good as the one slab which was on display. It was a major lie & feel greatly cheated. Dream of wonderful house was shattered when the polishing was done & all the cracks & patch work became visible as soon as polishing was done. Have never seen so many cracks in the marble.
I feel, instead of lying they should have been honest enough to give the right info about their product.
Instead of offering Mercedes & Audi for shuttling to & from Jaipur airport & offering meals, they should concentrate on maintaining honesty in business & give the quality product to the customers.
For Mumbai customers, best place to buy will be to go to Silvassa & no point going all the way to Jaipur.
Had updated Mr.Mahendraji about the issue with dozens of pictures sent to him but in return nothing but the sympathy was received. No inclination of taking ownership of the loss to me. No intention of reimbursement considering the worst quality material which was given to me at a premium price.
R K Marble should take responsibility and should visit and check the issue. And, Also they should compensate for the loss.
