Initial admission is only two children of the Age 2 years onwards.

Holiday

All the holiday approved by the education department of Aligarh government will be observed.

Fee:

Rules for payment of Fee.
The fee must be paid quarterly and annually.
Note Fee is non-refundable

Tiffin:

Parents are requested to send simple dry snacks for their children which could be a sandwich, a piece of cake, fruits or biscuits help in provided to guide children to serve themselves and partake of their refreshments in a proper way.

Regularity and Punctuality:

Every minute of every day in the zone is precious for child development. Parents are requested to see the children and send regularly and punctuality that is to be in the zone positively by 9:00 a.m. in case of the child’s unavoidable absence, a letter has to be sent explaining the reason for the absence.

Visiting Hour Observations:

Either mother or father but only one person at a time will be allowed to observe the child working in the environment after taking prior appointment from the office.

Meeting Helpers:

Parents may meet the helpers in the presence of the principal after taking a prior appointment from the office.

Important Notes for Parents: 

1. Parents are requested to let the kids’ zone immediately if there is any change in their address or telephone number
2. Personal details of the child health medical problem if any should be made available to the kids’ zone at the time of admission so that all necessary healthcare can be provided to the child
3. In case there is a requirement in case of emergency contact number to be called may be made available at the office for personal convenience
4. Note: Arrangement must be made to take the child home as soon as the kids’ zone is over.
